Roles & Responsibilites

The Harmony Creek Church Human Resources ministry has the following responsibilities:

Leading the hiring process for staff
Assisting with annual evaluations of staff and recommending wage increases
Providing conflict resolution between staff and/or congregants and staff if necessary
Determining the HR budget and funds needed to recruit new staff
Honoring staff work anniversaries
Attending and participating in church council meetings
Preparing monthly reports on Human Resources for the council
