Roles & Responsibilites

The Harmony Creek Church Human Resources ministry has the following responsibilities:

 

  • Leading the hiring process for staff

  • Assisting with annual evaluations of staff and recommending wage increases

  • Providing conflict resolution between staff and/or congregants and staff if necessary

  • Determining the HR budget and funds needed to recruit new staff

  • Honoring staff work anniversaries

  • Attending and participating in church council meetings

  • Preparing monthly reports on Human Resources for the council
