Background

​

Harmony Creek’s traditional church service continues to meet the needs of many of those who

desire a religious worship service, and our Salon discussions offer an inviting non-religious

alternative. But for many people, a gap still exists between what Harmony Creek Church (HCC)

offers and what they are searching for to nourish their inner lives. As an alternative to traditional

worship or our Salon approach, HCC is now offering a third innovative approach, Connecting

Spirits.

Connecting Spirits seeks to be a welcoming experience where individuals can explore

connection – to a higher power, to one another, and to their own spiritual journey.

Mission

To create intentional, inclusive experiences that nurture connection and spirituality through

non-traditional pathways, including contemplative practices, creative expression, meaningful

community, and embodied opportunities such as poetry, music, movement, and time in nature.
