Pastor Michelle Wilkey has been an ordained minister with the United Church of Christ (UCC) since July of 2014. Her first call was at David's United Church of Christ in Kettering, OH, where she served for over eight years as the Associate Pastor. In 2016, Pastor Michelle was accepted into the program Next Generation Leadership Initiative (NGLI), which is a leadership program offered by the UCC Pension Board. She considers herself a lifelong learner, and this leadership program is a wonderful way for her to continue to grow in her leadership skills. She is also very grateful for all the things she learned during her time at David's, and she feels honored to have been able to serve the church alongside Rev. Dr. Brian Q. Newcomb.
Pastor Michelle was excited to accept the call to become Harmony Creek Church's next Lead Pastor. She began her time at this wonderful church in January of 2023.
When she isn't busy pastoring, Pastor Michelle and her spouse, Jae, love to travel and spend time with their two dogs, Lemmy and Clark Kent. They also love spending time with their friends, whom they consider to be their chosen family.
Pastor Michelle prides herself on not being your typical pastor. Once you get to know her, you will soon discover that is the truth.

Cameron is a Miami Valley native who, after spending two decades moving from one coast of the country to the other, returned home to raise her daughter in the place that gave her the solid foundation that accompanied her along her travels. Drawn to the beauty of communication, she graduated Magna Cum Laude from Miami University with a Bachelor's of English. Cameron came to Harmony Creek in the hopes of using her talents and passions for design and writing to help support and grow the church's impact.

My name is Kelsey DeShano (she/hers), and I have the distinct pleasure of serving Harmony Creek Church as the Director of Children's and Youth Ministry. I am delighted to share my faith with such an inclusive and welcoming church.
A little about me: I am a native and lifelong inhabitant of Dayton and studied Political Science at Wittenberg University. As the oldest of fifteen grandchildren, I have always found a calling to serve the youth in my community and have volunteered with a wide variety of nonprofits in Dayton and Springfield to help in every way I could. I have coupled my passion for discipleship with my work, creating financial literacy programs and planning countless events. I look forward to bringing my extensive and eclectic history of volunteerism and event programming to this ministry!
Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis and tabletop and video games, playing the dulcimer, and hosting friends for movie and game nights. I also sing in a band with my grandfather! If you ever see "Bobby D Music" performing in town, please make sure you say hi!
I am eager to grow with Harmony Creek Church as we walk by faith, together.
