Member Care Ministry
The Care Team at Harmony Creek works together to coordinate support for the people in our church community. Whether the person has experienced loss, health problems, or financial hardship, the Care Team offers support through prayer, presence, and actions. The Care Team will coordinate visits or outings with the person, deliver meals or small gifts like flowers, or get together a prayer group to pray for the person or write comforting notes to be delivered.

At Harmony Creek, we believe that caring is like a muscle: the more we exercise that muscle, the stronger it will get. We know that caring for others makes a huge impact in their lives, and we know how important it is to feel supported during hard times. Just as Jesus loved and cared for those around him - even those he did not know well - we follow the example and offer help and care with grace and humility.
